Order confirmation

Reply to every order with one order confirmation. It tells Wundermart that you accept the order and how much of each article you will deliver. Wundermart uses the confirmed quantities to plan the shop's stock.

Place the confirmation in your reply folder, ideally within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

In this example, line 2 was ordered as 10 collo and 8 will be delivered.

Fields Wundermart reads

FieldMeaning
OrderConfirmationHeader/@orderIDRequired. The orderID from the order, unchanged.
ConfirmationItem/@lineNumberThe line number from the order.
ConfirmationItem/@quantityThe quantity ordered, in collo.
ConfirmationStatus/@quantityRequired. The quantity you will deliver, in whole collo. Use 0 for an article you can't deliver.
SupplierPartIDRequired. Your article number, exactly as in the order. Lines are matched on this number, not on the line number.

You may include prices, VAT and other details. Wundermart accepts them but doesn't use them yet.

Rules

  • Confirm the whole order in one message, with a line for every article you received.
  • An article you leave out is treated as not delivered (quantity 0).
  • Quantities must be whole collo; fractions are rejected.
  • Send one confirmation per order. Wundermart processes the first one; later confirmations for the same order are ignored. If something changes after you've confirmed, contact Wundermart.
