Getting connected
Today, EDI connections are set up by Wundermart's integration team. We're working towards a self-service setup in the Wundermart customer portal. Until then, follow the steps below with your Wundermart contact.
1. What you provide
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| SFTP server | Host name, port (default 22), user name and password. A separate account for test and for production is recommended. Wundermart connects with a password; SSH keys aren't supported yet. |
| Order folder | The folder where Wundermart should place orders. |
| Reply folder | The folder where you place order confirmations (and despatch advices) for Wundermart to collect. |
| Customer numbers | Your customer number for each Wundermart shop you deliver to. Every order carries the customer number of the shop it's for. |
| Article numbers | Your article numbers for the products Wundermart orders from you, with their order unit (collo) and the number of consumer units per collo. |
| GLN | Your company's GLN (Global Location Number), if you have one. |
| Reply file names | How you name confirmation and despatch-advice files, so we can tell them apart. |
2. What Wundermart provides
- Wundermart's GLN:
8719331190008 - The list of shops that will order from you
- A contact for the integration: tech@wundermart.com
3. Test
We start in test mode: test orders carry deploymentMode="test", so your system can recognise them and keep them away from your real order flow.
- Wundermart sends one test order to your order folder.
- You reply with an order confirmation in your reply folder.
- We check together that the order arrived complete and the confirmation was processed correctly.
4. Go live
Once the test exchange works, we switch the connection to production (deploymentMode="production") and start sending real orders. From then on, every order is placed in your order folder automatically.
