Despatch advice

A despatch advice is optional. If you send one when the order ships, Wundermart records your shipment references (such as your own order number) with the order, which makes questions about a delivery easier to trace.

The format is agreed during onboarding. Wundermart currently uses the order confirmation as the source for delivered quantities, so make sure the confirmation is correct, even if you also send a despatch advice.
